• Drove delivery of 4k post production for 37 MasterClass motion graphics during 18 month tenure

• Mobilized team of 7 editors, 5 content producers, 6 motion designers, and 2 color-grading and 3 sound post production vendors (and vetted and sourced new vendors, as well as created documentation and process for onboarding new vendors)

• Developed systems for scoping new motion graphics process, onboarding new vendors, feedback systems for sound and color

• Facilitated creative critique process for classes

• Coordinated post-production of approximately nine online courses (four to six hours each) simultaneously, with dynamic deadlines, often affected by external factors.

• Developed and implemented the budget-tracking system for the motion graphics department that facilitated the scoping process, and provided budget status to group Directors, and VP; the system also helped to assess resource and timeline implications in an environment with aggressive timelines.

• Managed contractors and vendors for the motion graphics department, from bids to payment, ensuring that the process remained in compliance with local contract laws and company policy.

• Oversaw freelance motion designers and artists team, including budgeting, interviewing, onboarding, invoicing, payment, and managing alignment with project goals on aggressive and volatile deadlines; delivered informal and formal status reports for stakeholders.
